ColepCCL strengthens Latin American offer through extended joint venture in Brazil

ColepCCL announced today the extension of its partnership with Provider Indústria e Comércio S.A. and Total Pack Indústria e Comércio S.A., of Brazil, through the acquisition of a 51% share capital stake in both of these companies.
