The RAR Grupo experienced a significant growth last year, consolidating the sustained growth trend performed in recent years.

Despite the impact of rising energy and raw material prices caused by the war in Ukraine, the RAR Group was able to reaffirm business growth in 2022. The main figures and economic indicators of its subsidiaries are published in the Annual Report for the previous financial year.

The RAR Group today published its Annual Report for 2021, summarizing the main figures and economic indicators of its subsidiaries. Although affected by an adverse global situation, the group of companies has continued the growth trend of recent years.

O Grupo RAR registou, de acordo com o seu Relatório & Contas de 2020, divulgado hoje, um volume de negócios de 732 milhões de euros e um EBITDA de 71 milhões de euros, um aumento de 18,6 % relativamente ao ano anterior. O resultado líquido cresceu para 23 milhões de euros. A redução continuada da dívida financeira, que se posiciona num ratio de valor inferior a 2,7 vezes EBITDA, indicia a robustez e capacidade financeira do Grupo RAR.

According to its 2019 Annual Report and Accounts, published today, the RAR Group posted turnover of 781 million euros, with EBITDA of 60 million euros and net profit of 3.4 million euros.

In a year in which the world economy showed positive signs with, however, increasing levels of volatility – of which the trade war between major blocs and Brexit are examples – the Group’s performance maintained the progressive improvement in its economic and financial achievements, as demonstrated by the growth of its results.

According to the Report and Accounts of RAR Holding, released today, the RAR Group’s turnover in 2017 was 758 million euros, with EBITDA in excess of 60 million euros. Despite a lower turnover, net profit increased by 23% to 9 million euros.

According to the Annual Report & Accounts of RAR Holding, published today, the RAR Group’s turnover in 2016 totalled 831 million euros and EBITDA totalled 57 million euros, an increase of 43.5% on the previous year. Net profit totalled 7.4 million euros.

In 2015 the RAR Group’s consolidated net sales totalled 860 million euros, while free operating cash flow (EBITDA) totalled approximately 40 million euros. The Group posted operating results of 12 million euros, underpinned by the performances of Colep Europe and Vitacress.
